Susan Campo and Diane Zaepfel were happy to accompany HEATHER SARGENT on her “BIRTHDAY HIKE“…. Age 85! Heather has been a long time leader and participant in GLS . She has many memories of the group and people she met and enjoyed through GLS.
While a bit slower these days, we all still hiked 7 miles with 1000 foot gain/loss to GRANDVIEW POINT above Big Bear Lake. Afterwards we celebrated at the Himalayan Restaurant in Big Bear.
