Item 1 – 40th Anniversary Planning
- Nancy communicated with the Harwood Lodge staff. We could book the entire lodge for $20 per person. She will send them an email and see what weekends are available in May and June. We might see if we can get a Harwood Lodge volunteer to open the lodge on Friday, then do the event activities Saturday and Sunday.
- We will plan a hike on January 23rd from Ray Miller Trailhead, which is the same location the first GLS hike began.
- Anniversary T-shirts? – Jeff likes the idea and will look into printing pricing for 6-color t-shirts.
Item 2 – Long Beach walks
Jen will co-lead the August and September walks.
Next Meeting
The next management committee meeting will be held on October 8, at 7pm.
